The lack of major wine fairs and the upcoming summer export sales season gave rise to the creation of the third edition of the Italian Taste Summit in the online version, with the involvement of buyers from the countries of greatest interest for the Made in Italy wine of high quality craftsmanship. The base of this choice was the alert on the severe decrease of export sales, namely for Horeca channel, communicated by JM Experiential Selections, the group branch dedicated to export, and then analyzed by Wine Performance Consulting – these being two of the four sectors of Wine Global Aspect group that also includes Italian Taste Summit.
